Smoothies are a great make ahead or grab and go breakfast and as I never have time to eat breakfast at home during weekday mornings, these are a lifesaver.
I’m still using my trusty jam jar, from my last smoothie recipe, to transport my smoothies and I feel very green and if I’m honest a little smug when people compliment me on the recycling.
I’m also still using the Aldi frozen fruit- hello mixed berries…

Ingredients:
1 Cup Mixed Berries
Handful of kale
100ml Semi-skimmed milk or vegan milk alternative
20g Protein powder
Method:
1 Chuck it all in a blender and whizz until smooth
